Very nice store with good quality products but why must you have Christian music playing? Please have consideration for ALL your customers who may not have your beliefs.

25July2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped in at the last minute because I had forgotten to buy chicken for dinner and hoped they’d have something. I ended up finding so much more than chicken! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the most wonderful smell of fresh baked goods and local foods. The market is absolutely beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a pleasure to browse. I found myself wandering through every aisle because there was something interesting around every corner. This isn’t a traditional grocery store like Kroger or Meijer—it’s a year-round indoor market featuring a collection of local farmers, bakers, artisans, and small businesses all under one roof. There was a great selection of fresh produce, eggs, honey, jams, artisan breads, baked goods, specialty foods, handmade soaps, candles, salt scrubs, skincare products, gifts, and other unique items from local makers. What surprised me almost as much as the selection were the prices. I expected to pay a premium because everything is locally sourced and handcrafted, but many items were very reasonably priced. This place has a lot of potential but seems to be struggling with its identity. Something East Lafayette is sorely missing is a dedicated local grocery that operates daily year-round outside of the seasonal farmer's market. There have been some interesting offerings here (like fresh sorrel), but other staple produce like onions or milk are so uncompetitively priced as to be not an option. I think if they stopped splitting their attention by trying to also sell souvenir and decor items and instead focused entirely on scaling up their grocery and household offerings (lowering costs), they would absolutely dominate by fulfilling a real need in the community.

I love the bars of soaps, best I have ever had.. scents are impressive and it makes my body so soft.. every bar of soap out there makes my skin dry.. never will I go elsewhere

I absolutely love this little shop! The locally sourced produce is so good and I love that there are now some groceries available downtown!
